Can I walk in without an appointment?

Yes, but booking is safer. We hold slots for walk-ins, though Tuesday to Friday afternoons they're usually gone before five.

Why do you take a deposit when booking?

Accepted Answer

Because an empty slot is a slot someone else wanted. The deposit comes off the final price and is refunded in full if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead.

What if I'm running late?

Up to ten minutes is fine — we trim the wash. Beyond that we'll have to reschedule, because there's someone behind you with their own booked time.

Do you cut kids' hair?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to twelve, with the Junior cut. Tomás is best with them — booster board and infinite patience.

Question 5

Can I combine a gift card and a package?

Accepted Answer

The package covers the full session of the service it's tied to. The gift card applies to whatever's left, including shop products.

Do you sell the products you use?

Accepted Answer

All of them. They're in the shop and ready for pickup at the location you choose within 24 hours. Coming in for a cut? We hand them to you in the chair.
